The BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System is a state-of-the-art multiomics platform designed to interrogate complex biological samples at the resolution of individual cells. Utilizing a gentle, microwell-based capture technology, the system efficiently partitions thousands to tens of thousands of single cells into individual picoliter-sized wells alongside uniquely barcoded magnetic beads. A distinct advantage of this platform is its integrated imaging scanner, which allows for real-time visual quality control of cell viability and capture rates before committing to downstream library preparation, ensuring maximum data integrity and cost-efficiency for your projects.Beyond standard gene expression profiling, the BD Rhapsody™ platform excels in highly multiplexed, multiomic applications. It enables the simultaneous measurement of the whole transcriptome (or highly sensitive targeted RNA panels), cell-surface protein expression via BD® AbSeq, and adaptive immune repertoires (TCR/BCR) within the exact same cell.
