(Senior) Scientist-Proteomics

We are currently seeking an experienced senior research scientist. In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of our proteomics contract research services, involving the identification and quantification of PTMs, facilitating disease mechanism research, protein biomarker discovery, biopharmaceutical characterization, and more.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Perform PTM identification and quantification for disease mechanism research, protein biopharmaceutical characterization, biomarker discovery, and more.
  • Perform PTM identification and quantification with a range of MS techniques.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely research documentation, and make progress reports on a regular basis.
  • Provide seamless support by working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Provide pre-and post-sales technical support as well as experimental assistance in response to customer inquiries.

Who you are

  • Ph.D. in proteomics, molecular biology, molecular cell biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related biomedical field.
  • 3 years of experience in MS-based proteomics is preferred.
  • Management and execution of specific experimental work with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities, able to find and timely solve the problems encountered in the process of the experiment.
  • Good writing, presentation, and oral communication skills.
