  2. When the number of biological repeats is ≥15, weighted ene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) can be performed.

  4. Correlation coefficient matrix heat map, correlation analysis hierarchical clustering heat map, correlation coefficient control network analysis.
  5. Comparative analysis of PCA between venom proteome and lipid group (limited to ≥3 groups).
