Key Responsibilities:
Provide project planning to the research team.
Create, maintain, and execute project plans to ensure that programs are driven to completion.
Provide strategic, technical, and operational project management leadership and support to cross-departmental teams for multiple projects or programs of moderate to high complexity.
Independently apply expertise to drive the development and implementation of new and unique technologies and projects.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biological Engineering, Material Sciences or related fields.
Experienced in biopharmaceutical projects and proficient in the operation of instruments such as LC-MS and GC-MS.
Experience and ability to develop, design and optimize new test solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
