Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our DNA/RNA drug characterization services. You will perform analytical testing, data analysis, and quality checks to maintain high standards throughout the characterization process.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing and quality control checks on DNA/RNA drug characterization samples.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Document and report test results, identifying any deviations or anomalies.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Participate in the development and optimization of quality control protocols.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements

Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific field.
Experience in quality control or analytical testing, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of DNA/RNA drug characterization techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Attention to detail and meticulousness in data analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance principles.
Proficient in relevant software and data analysis tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
