Job Description

You will oversee and manage all aspects of DNA/RNA drug characterization projects. Responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and successful completion.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage DNA/RNA drug characterization projects from start to finish.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
Coordinate and communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective collaboration among team members and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Requirements

Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field or project management.
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of DNA/RNA drug characterization processes and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
Proficient in project management software/tools.
