iTRAQ/TMT – Label-Based Quantification Techniques

About the Brochures

TMT/iTRAQ Quantitative Proteomics is a technique for the precise identification and quantification of all proteins expressed within a cell, organism or complex hybrid system. The principle is to use multiple isotopic tags bound to the N-terminal groups of peptides from multiple samples, followed by tandem mass spectrometry analysis. The ratio of the same peptide between different samples is calculated from the peak areas of the reporter ions, allowing quantitative comparison of proteomes between samples.

Creative Proteomics offers iTRAQ/TMT protein quantification services. Above is the label-based iTRAQ/TMT protein quantification service brochure, which describes the differences between iTRAQ/TMT labels as well as the process, technical parameters, scope and application areas of iTRAQ/TMT protein quantification.
