HMX1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_061815), Labeled with [U- ¹³C₆, ¹⁵N₄]-L-Arginine and [U- ¹³C₆, ¹⁵N₂]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes a transcription factor that belongs to the H6 family of homeobox proteins. This protein can bind a 5-CAAG-3 core DNA sequence, and it is involved in the development of craniofacial structures. Mutations in this gene cause oculoauricular syndrome, a disorder of the eye and external ear.
