RAPH1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) and pleckstrin homology domains 1
Description
RAPH1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_976241), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. Recruited to the membrane, via the PH domain, by the phosphoinositide, PI(3,4)P2. Colocalizes with ENAH/VASP at the tips of lamellipodia and filopodia. Also colocalizes with the pathogens, Vaccinia and Enteropathogenic E.coli (EPEC) at the interface between the pathogen and their actin.
