PDE4D Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
phosphodiesterase 4D, cAMP-specific
Description
PDE4D Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_006194), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes one of four mammalian counterparts to the fruit fly dunce gene. The encoded protein has 3,5-cyclic-AMP phosphodiesterase activity and degrades cAMP, which acts as a signal transduction molecule in multiple cell types. This gene uses different promoters to generate multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode functional proteins.
