RAC1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (rho family, small GTP binding protein Rac1)
Description
RAC1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_008839), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase which belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily appear to regulate a diverse array of cellular events, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
