FCER1G Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
Fc fragment of IgE, high affinity I, receptor for; gamma polypeptide
Description
FCER1G Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_004097), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The high affinity IgE receptor is a key molecule involved in allergic reactions. It is a tetramer composed of 1 alpha, 1 beta, and 2 gamma chains. The gamma chains are also subunits of other Fc receptors.
