IFI30 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
IFI30 interferon, gamma-inducible protein 30 [ Homo sapiens ]
Description
IFI30 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_006323), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The protein encoded by this gene is a lysosomal thiol reductase that at low pH can reduce protein disulfide bonds. The enzyme is expressed constitutively in antigen-presenting cells and induced by gamma-interferon in other cell types. This enzyme has an important role in MHC class II-restricted antigen processing.
