CMPK1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
cytidine monophosphate (UMP-CMP) kinase 1, cytosolic
Description
CMPK1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_057392), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes one of the enzymes required for cellular nucleic acid biosynthesis. This enzyme catalyzes the transfer of a phosphate group from ATP to CMP, UMP, or dCMP, to form the corresponding diphosphate nucleotide. Alternate splicing results in both coding and non-coding transcript variants.
