CSTF2 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_001316), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes a nuclear protein with an RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain. The protein is a member of the cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF) complex that is involved in the 3 end cleavage and polyadenylation of pre-mRNAs. Specifically, this protein binds GU-rich elements within the 3-untranslated region of mRNAs.
