PGAM1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
phosphoglycerate mutase 1 (brain)
Description
PGAM1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_002620), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. Phosphoglyceric acid mutase (EC 2.7.5.3) is widely distributed in mammalian tissues where it catalyzes the reversible reaction of 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PGA) to 2-phosphoglycerate (2-PGA) in the glycolytic pathway (summary by Chen et al., 1974 )
