XPNPEP1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
X-prolyl aminopeptidase (aminopeptidase P) 1, soluble
Description
XPNPEP1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_065116), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes the cytosolic form of a metalloaminopeptidase that catalyzes the cleavage of the N-terminal amino acid adjacent to a proline residue. The gene product may play a role in degradation and maturation of tachykinins, neuropeptides, and peptide hormones. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
