ATIC Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase
Description
ATIC Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_004035), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes a bifunctional protein that catalyzes the last two steps of the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway. The N-terminal domain has phosphoribosylaminoimidazolecarboxamide formyltransferase activity, and the C-terminal domain has IMP cyclohydrolase activity. A mutation in this gene results in AICA-ribosiduria.
