UBTD1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
ubiquitin domain containing 1
Description
UBTD1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_079230), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The degradation of many proteins is carried out by the ubiquitin pathway in which proteins are targeted for degradation by covalent conjugation of the polypeptide ubiquitin. This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the ubiquitin family of proteins. The encoded protein is thought to regulate E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzymes belonging to the UBE2D family.
