TRNT1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_057084), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The CCA-adding enzyme TRNT1 (EC 2.7.7.25) is an essential enzyme that catalyzes the addition of the CCA terminus to the 3-prime end of tRNA precursors. This reaction is a fundamental prerequisite for mature tRNAs to become aminoacylated and to participate in protein biosynthesis (Lizano et al., 2007 )
