WIT1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
WNT1 inducible signaling pathway protein 3
Description
WIT1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_056939), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene is located upstream of the Wilms tumor 1 (WT1) gene; these two genes are bi-directionally transcribed from the same promoter region. This gene is imprinted in kidney, with preferential expression from the paternal allele. Imprinting defects at chromosome 11p13 may contribute to tumorigenesis.
