NDUFA8 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 8, 19kDa
Description
NDUFA8 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_055037), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the complex I 19 kDA subunit family. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. This protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It plays an important role in transfering electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
